NOCC is a boutique data consultancy operated by ADE Investments Group LLC. We work with startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprise teams who need a senior, pragmatic partner to move their data initiatives forward. Every engagement is led by experienced practitioners — no offshoring, no junior staff augmentation, no hand-offs.
Engagements are scoped collaboratively. After an initial discovery conversation, we provide a written proposal with deliverables, timeline, and pricing. All work is performed under a mutual services agreement; invoices are issued in USD.

These Terms govern consulting services provided by ADE Investments Group LLC, dba NOCC ("we"), to clients ("you"). Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Fees & payment. Fees are invoiced in USD per the SOW. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Payments are accepted by credit card, ACH, or wire through our payment processor.
Refunds. Services are billed for work performed. Discovery calls are free. Fees paid in advance for work not yet performed may be refunded pro rata if either party terminates with written notice. Completed work and delivered milestones are non-refundable. Refund requests: contact@nocc.ai.
Cancellation. Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice (or the period specified in the SOW). Client remains responsible for fees accrued through the termination date.
Confidentiality & liability. All client information is treated as confidential; a mutual NDA is available on request. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

ADE Investments Group LLC respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and deliver services: contact details you provide, engagement information defined in the SOW, and standard server logs. We do not sell personal information.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not store full card details.
